Miroku is honestly such a great character and I really love the way he was written. I mean most anime characters that have the ‘pervert’ type of personality are really simplified and have that particular trait as like 90% of their character and are basically there to make people laugh, but he’s not really like that?? It’s such a small part to him and I just really appreciate how Takahashi gave him really incredible flaws and showing that even the most confident person can sometimes face crippling self doubt and have to struggle between right and wrong. She made him really human and even relatable a lot and I just really love that wow A+ character.
